Dean ************20 Jun 2025Good value for your money. Room doesn’t feel cramped. Friendly staff cleans your room, changes the towels and makes the bed daily. Lots of cheap Bugis restaurants within walking distance. With an HDB across the street, neighborhood is quiet and feels residential but still highly accessible - when coming back from top destinations like Orchard Road, you can take the bus and get off right at the hotel entrance. Consider a morning jog around the block!

Roma **************11 Jun 2025Our stay at Furama City Centre was absolutely wonderful! The location is excellent — right in Chinatown and close to everything you need. It’s just a short walk to MRT stations, bus stops, convenience stores, malls, hawker centres, and restaurants. Super convenient for exploring the city!
Check-in and check-out were very fast and efficient. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Ralph who made us feel very welcome. We also appreciated the 1-hour late checkout they offered — such a thoughtful touch.
The entrance staff were always ready to assist us with our luggage, both when we arrived and when we checked out. We also liked the convenient amenities in the lobby, including vending machines for coffee and snacks, and even a money changer machine — very useful for travelers.
Everything was smooth and perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in a central location!

John ******26 May 2025I was hesitant to book at first due to some negative reviews online, but I’m glad I gave it a chance. The room was actually clean, and what impressed me most was the housekeeping — they cleaned and even organized our things daily without being told. Very proactive and thoughtful! I’d also like to commend the front desk staff, especially Shin, who was very accommodating and made us feel welcome. Overall, a pleasant stay! I hope there will be microwave.
