Are there toilets on the bus?

  • There is no restroom on the bus. Passengers are asked to use the restroom before getting on the bus. If passengers get off the bus midway, the tour will end.

Is it possible to change seats temporarily?

  • In order to avoid errors when serving meals, there is no seat change service.

Is there a take-out service if you haven’t finished eating?

  • Due to food safety related issues, we will not provide takeaway service for unfinished meals from now on. We apologize for your understanding.

Are alcoholic beverages served on board?

  • Not included in the meal, additional payment is required and ID must be presented, no quantity limit; provided that the passenger will not cause disruption to the driving and other passengers due to drinking too much

Are pets and outside food allowed?

  • To ensure dining quality and customer rights, pets and outside food are not allowed

Is smoking allowed in the car?

  • In accordance with the provisions of Article 18, Paragraph 1, Paragraph 5 of the Tobacco Harm Control Act, smoking is completely prohibited on public transportation, taxis, tour buses, MRT systems, stations and passenger waiting rooms.

Is there a wheelchair area?

  • This vehicle does not provide barrier-free space
