What to expect
Masaaki Yokosuka, a creator who is proud to be Japanese, delighted to be located in Hokkaido and loves French culture, has created a restaurant in a completely new form. The restaurant is named “MiYa-Vie”, where “Miyabi” means elegance, and “Vie” means “life” and “lifestyle” in French. While keeping his Japanese identity grounded and valuing it, he created unique French cuisine. The restaurant mainly uses ingredients from Hokkaido, so please enjoy these French cuisine blended with exquisite Japanese food culture.
