the location was amazing, in the central of shinjuku. there's limousine bus stop in front of the hotel, so it's really convenient and easy to access. But, you need to take notes if you're bringing child with you, because the hotel regulation only allowed one child in one bed, so you need to book twins bed if you're bringing two kids.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Right in the heart of Shinjuku, great area if you like nightlife.

great hotel, super location, excellent room amenities close to all the action & train stations, restaurants surrounding the area were great, too many to choose from

excellent stay fantastic location. Room was a little on the small side but comfortable. all staff spoke brilliant English.

Location is good for commuter and there is a nearby lawson that you can visit its just the smell of the room has a strong cigarette smell
