Walk into the 360-degree holographic magic forest, surrounded by colorful vision and warm melodies! - Exhibition opening hours: Weekdays other than summer vacation are 09:30-17:00 (ticket sales and admission stop at 16:00), holidays and summer vacation (7/1-8/31) are 09:30-18:00 (ticket sales and admission stop at 17:00).
- You must read and sign the entrance safety instructions before entering the exhibition.
- The organizer does not provide luggage storage services. Strollers and large luggage must be placed outside the exhibition venue according to the instructions of the staff. The organizer is not responsible for personal property losses. Please keep your personal belongings and valuables properly.
- The exhibition is divided into morning and afternoon sessions. If you have entered the morning, you will need to purchase a new ticket if you enter again in the afternoon. During the exhibition, the venue will be cleaned and disinfected regularly from 13:00 to 13:30 every day. The exhibition site will inform the cleaning time in advance. Parents are requested to ensure that children pay attention to safety during the cleaning period and leave according to the instructions of the staff.
- The immersive projection area in the exhibition hall is relatively dim due to the planning requirements of the exhibition content. Please pay attention to the safety of yourself, your companions and other visitors. When children visit, please ask parents to fulfill their protection and supervision responsibilities to ensure the safety of children.
- The exhibition hall provides a space for free play. If malicious damage or theft of exhibits and play equipment is found, the organizer has the right to pursue responsibility.
- You must take off your shoes and wear cotton socks to enter some exhibition areas. For hygiene and safety considerations, please bring your own cotton socks or purchase cotton socks on site. It is prohibited to wear any shoes or go barefoot.
- In order to maintain the quality and safety of the exhibition, some exhibition areas have time, number and number restrictions. Please follow the instructions of the on-site service staff to queue up for entry. If you end the experience or leave midway, please queue up again if you want to have an interactive experience again.
- In order to protect the rights of other visitors, it is forbidden to use flash, fill light, tripod, selfie stick, stabilizer and other auxiliary equipment when taking photos and recording videos.
- There are no toilets, water dispensers and trash cans in the exhibition hall. If necessary, please use the toilets and water dispensers outside the exhibition hall before entering the exhibition hall.
- Eating, chasing, playing, smoking, chewing gum and betel nuts are prohibited in the exhibition hall. Please do not bring food, drinks, pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas, any prohibited items and other dangerous items determined by staff into the exhibition hall.
- Please follow the relevant regulations for visiting and the instructions of the staff. If you do not follow the instructions and do not intend to improve after persuasion, and cause injuries, damages, losses and other disputes, the organizer will not be responsible for any related responsibilities, and the organizer has the right to ask you to leave the venue without returning or compensating the ticket fees.
- It is forbidden to sell or resell tickets at the exhibition site; if there is inappropriate behavior and persuasion is ineffective, you must leave the venue immediately without objection, and no compensation or refund of ticket fees will be made.
- There are designated staff members in the exhibition hall to maintain order. If you find any suspicious person or unidentified object, pick up lost items, or feel unwell, please immediately notify nearby staff for assistance.
- If you need to re-enter the exhibition hall after leaving, please use the wristband issued when entering the venue and queue up at the entrance again. However, you can only enter and exit the exhibition during the exhibition hours and sessions on that day.
- In order to maintain the quality and safety of the exhibition, when the number of visitors to the exhibition hall reaches the upper limit, the flow of people will be controlled. Please follow the instructions of the staff and wait in order at the entrance to enter.
