- When the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of cancellation will be sent 1 day before departure.
- If there are bad weather conditions such as typhoons and snowstorms, the tour will be cancelled 1 day before departure (18:00 local time) and will be notified by email at any time thereafter.
- Please wear light clothing and shoes and bring your own warm clothes (if necessary).

- The flower viewing period or maple viewing period will be slightly affected by weather conditions and may be slightly earlier or later. After the itinerary is formed, it will not be affected by the flowering/maple viewing situation and will go as usual, please note.
- After the trip has started, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded according to the actual expenses incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation costs must be borne by the passenger.
