Sin *******29 Jun 2024the hotel was located in a super convenient location, just right next to ferry terminal. it's also extremely close to a number of food places along harbour bay. the room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. bathroom was also clean, with toiletries provided. had a good stay at this hotel, and certainly recommend it to anyone who's considering!

Klook User14 Mar 2023we will stay in this Hotel again for our next Batam trip.Location is good!!Avoid the Hustling traffic.Upgraded to Deluxe Room by topping up.Came with Balcony with Awesome Scenic views.Up peak location thus very Windy!!Place and Room is Clean!Swimming was Enjoyable too..Love the breakfast!!Room service food was Great too.We had a very pleasant 2 nights stay!Staffs were warm and friendly!Many Thumbs up for Crown Vista Hotel!!Cons:Pls change all the Pillows..too flat.Cushion was Smelly!!Overall:No Regrets!
