Things to do in Mount Aso

The tour guide Kevin is very professional and the time is very accurate. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, with heavy fog and rain, so we couldn't see Mount Asu.

The most colorful scenes of "Firefly Forest" include Kumano Shrine, Aso, and Kurosan Onsen. The one-day care of tour guide Jimmy Yanagi and driver Yamane-san made people feel fulfilled and at ease. The shrine is sacred and remote, Aso is magnificent, and the foot bath in Kurosan Onsen is so hot and thick. Next time I have the chance, I will definitely buy another day tour itinerary, and I hope to meet tour guide Jimmy Liusang again.

The tour guide, Seki, was just perfect. She was very organized and ensured everything went smoothly. Kumamoto Castle and Mount Aso are memorable!

Jimmy, the tour guide, is humorous and experienced. The whole day's itinerary was completed very smoothly, including adjusting the order of the attractions to try to allow group members to go to Mount Aso. The preparatory work required calling to inquire and change the plan at any time, but you can rest assured to leave it to Jimmy. If any group member has special needs, we will actively assist them, such as checking in or finding their own transportation during the trip. The visibility at Mount Aso is very dependent on luck. It was almost foggy this time. Even so, it seemed lucky enough to encounter an open crater. It seemed that more people had the experience of coming up empty-handed. The time in Kusasenri was short. After eating and shopping for gifts, there was not enough time to go to the grass in front to take pictures, which was a pity. However, the Aso beef bowl was really delicious. I recommend it! ! The time for Kurokawa Onsen is a bit awkward...not too long and not too short. If you want to take a hot spring bath, you won't have enough time. If you don't take a hot spring bath, it will be too long just to walk around the hot spring street. I think this attraction is a bit unnecessary. It would be better to stay in Kusasenri longer and not go to Kurokawa Onsen, or find a suitable place to go to the toilet and stroll around on the way back.
