Ticket Type Description

• Purchase a concert area ticket (VVIP, VIP), you can freely enter and exit the concert area to watch the main show, and you can also use the wristband to play various facilities in the park.
• Those who purchase general carnival tickets cannot enter the concert area. A large-screen broadcast will be provided on site. Wristbands must be shown when visiting various facilities (such as park facilities, XR virtual reality).
• After pre-purchasing tickets and merchandise online, you can present your KLOOK e-ticket voucher to redeem and pick up merchandise at the designated area outside the park on the day of the event. One ticket per person. During this event, you must wear a wristband for identification at all times. Wristbands will not be reissued if lost, so please keep them properly.
• Each ticket type is only valid on the date selected for purchase. Please keep your ticket properly to avoid disseminating the image to others and misusing it.
• All ticket types and peripheral products are limited in quantity. Online pre-orders enjoy early bird discounts. The number of tickets sold on site is limited and will be sold out while stocks last.
• In addition, for safety reasons, the park will flexibly adjust the opening hours of facilities according to the weather conditions, maintenance or other force majeure factors on the day, and the on-site announcement will prevail.

Concert Zone Description

• The concert area is an "all-standing area" with no seats set up on site. The concert is for 800 people and is a rock area, so there is no separate area for VVIP and VIP. The order of admission is VVIP first, followed by VIP, and both can move freely after entering.
• The puppet show will last at least 1 hour from 18:30 until the end of the show at 21:00. The rest of the time can be spent in the park at your own discretion.
• For the overall safety of the audience, please do not bring folding chairs or other items to the concert area to reserve seats.
• After pre-purchasing tickets and merchandise online, bring your e-ticket to the on-site redemption area on the day of the event to redeem your admission wristband and collect merchandise.
• The actual list of performing groups on the day of the event will be provided and announced by the artist management company. The organizer will confirm with the agency at least ten days before the event and announce it on the ticket purchase webpage and the event official website.
• VVIP tickets include a group ride experience. Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff and pay special attention to the random selection of seats, which cannot be specified.

Shopping Instructions for Peripheral Products

• Online pre-orders of peripheral products do not require ticket binding, but can only be redeemed at the designated "Peripheral Sales Area" on the day of the event. No additional mailing or rescheduling services are provided.
• If you only purchase peripheral products, you must purchase tickets on site if you wish to enter the park or participate in performances and attractions on the same day!
• Online merchandise orders are redeemed based on individual vouchers generated for the merchandise items. If you have multiple orders on your mobile account, you can present your vouchers on site and the on-site staff will help add up the total amount of gifts (must belong to the same type of full-amount activities).
• For example: If you pre-order a NT$1,000 Blue Bear backpack with the same mobile phone account on 5/3, and a NT$840 photo card on 5/20, and present 2 electronic vouchers (1 backpack and 1 photo card) for verification on the event day, it will qualify for the same type of full-amount event, and the full-amount gift will be calculated at NT$1,840, with a total of 2 sets of gifts, and so on.
• Online and offline (on-site) peripheral products are calculated separately as the same type of full-amount activities and are not combined. For example: if you pre-order online for NT$1,900 and then purchase an additional NT$700 at the event, the gifts will only be calculated as NT$1,900, and a total of 2 sets of gifts will be given for purchases over NT$900.
• The special edition photo cards given for purchasing VVIP and VIP tickets are from a different series than the photo cards given for purchasing peripheral products with a certain amount of money, and they will not be given out repeatedly.
• After the merchandise is redeemed on site, please count the correct quantity of merchandise and confirm receipt in person. Merchandise will not be provided after you leave the redemption location.

Admission for children

• Children under 7 years old can enter for free without purchasing a ticket. They must be accompanied by at least 1 adult with a ticket. Please bring your child’s ID (e.g. health insurance card) for inspection by staff on site.
• Parents or guardians are requested to take care of children throughout the activity and not let them act alone to avoid danger. If they are injured or cause injury to others or property loss, the parents or guardians will be responsible.

Discounts for the disabled and the elderly

• People with disability certificates and adults over 65 years old can enjoy a 50% discount on the ticket price by purchasing tickets on the day of the event and presenting relevant supporting documents.

Notes & Refund Policy

• If you cancel your ticket 10 days before the show, a 10% handling fee will be deducted. No refunds are allowed within 10 days before the show.
• According to the provisions of Item 6 "Ticket Refund and Exchange Mechanism" of the "Matters that Should and Should Not be Included in the Standardized Contract for Cultural and Art Performance Tickets" set by the Ministry of Culture, there are 4 types of ticket refund and exchange regulations. This activity adopts Option 1: The time limit for consumers to request a ticket refund or exchange is 10 days before the performance date of the ticket. However, if the consumer purchases the ticket before the refund or exchange time limit and receives the ticket after the time limit expires or has not received the ticket before the performance, the ticket can also be refunded or exchanged. KLOOK does not apply this rule because the electronic voucher can be received on the day of purchase; the date of request for refund or exchange is based on the "date of application", and a refund fee of 10% of the face value of the ticket will be borne by the refund.

• One person, one ticket. Please prepare your ticket (KLOOK voucher) and exchange it for a wristband at the entrance before entering. Wristband identification will be required after entry. Please be sure to wear the wristband throughout the event.

Ticketing Information

• This event is one person one ticket. Tickets or electronic tickets (QR CODE) must be exchanged for wristbands at the entrance for admission. Wristbands must be used for identification after admission. The wristband must be worn throughout the event. If lost, it will be deemed as not having purchased a ticket and a replacement ticket will be charged the original ticket price.
• Please keep your tickets and admission wristbands carefully. Tickets will not be reissued if lost, damaged or unrecognizable, and you will not be able to use any proof to request admission or reissue tickets.
• The organizer is not responsible for the authenticity of event tickets purchased through unofficial ticket purchasing channels.
• Audiences who purchase single-day tickets are requested to follow the staff’s instructions to leave the venue after the event ends. They are not allowed to stay in the venue or stay overnight.
• Audiences who have purchased VVIP and VIP plans are requested to cooperate and comply with the relevant regulations of the concert and experience activities.
• The organizer reserves the right to prohibit any holder of counterfeit tickets from entering the event.
• Please do not purchase tickets from unknown sources. If you are found selling fake tickets, you will be sent to the police for prosecution.

Prohibited Items

• According to the park regulations, alcoholic beverages and smoking are prohibited in the park. Anyone caught in the act will be moved to a designated area outside the park.
• Without the consent of the organizer, it is prohibited to bring professional photography and video equipment, such as drones, etc. to this event. If the behavior affects others' viewing of the program, after persuasion fails, the staff has the right to request to leave the event and no refund will be given.
• This event prohibits the bringing of any kind of firearms, knives, sticks, metals, glass containers, firecrackers, fireworks and other dangerous items. To ensure the safety of the on-site activities, the luggage brought into the venue must comply with the security check procedures.
• This activity strictly prohibits the carrying, consumption, sale and trading of any controlled drugs and narcotics. If found, the person will be sent to the police for handling.
• Long-handled umbrellas are not allowed in this activity (folding umbrellas are allowed). If it rains, it is recommended to bring a raincoat.
• Due to venue restrictions and safety considerations, this event does not allow skateboards, scooters, roller skates, bicycles, remote-controlled airplanes, remote-controlled cars, kites, flag poles, laser pointers and other items that cannot pass security checks (subject to on-site security checks).

Event Information

• The event prohibits drug use, alcohol abuse, third-party damage, fighting, gambling, storage of prohibited items or other illegal behaviors. Violators will be reported to the police.
• Throwing objects, climbing over isolation facilities and any other dangerous behaviors are prohibited in this activity. If an accident occurs due to violation of on-site regulations, relevant responsibilities and compensation for losses will be pursued.
• This activity prohibits arbitrary destruction of environmental facilities and equipment. Violators will be required to pay compensation at the price.
• This activity does not provide wheelchairs or strollers for rent, but you can bring your own. Please assess your own situation.
• Except for the official booths of the organizer and contracted partners, no transactions or distribution of any promotional materials are allowed on the venue. The organizer may force violators to leave the venue and may not request a refund of ticket price.
• Statement on Use of Portrait Rights: By purchasing the ticket, I agree and authorize the organizer to film, use, modify, embellish, and publicly display my portrait (including photos and video images, hereinafter referred to as portrait), name, voice, etc., and the works filmed during this event. I also agree that the organizer has full copyright to the above works (including the above authorized portrait, name, voice, etc.), and its related companies, assignees, licensees and successors may use my portrait, name, voice... etc. in all forms of work carriers and media. The organizer may present all or part of the authorized content through various media channels or printing methods, and may publish it publicly without further notifying or obtaining the consent of the person concerned, but the person's personal image must be respected when publishing it publicly.
• If the violation of the organizer's on-site safety regulations is serious and affects public safety, the organizer has the right to refer the case to the police for handling and cannot request a refund of the ticket price.
• If special circumstances beyond the above regulations occur, the organizer reserves the right to modify, change, interpret and cancel this event. For matters not covered, please refer to the official website or event and fan page announcements. No further notice will be given.
• In the event of weather or force majeure (typhoon or sudden epidemic), the organizer reserves the right to adjust or terminate the event content and change the venue and artist at any time.
• Before purchasing tickets, please understand and agree to the above regulations. If you do not agree, please do not purchase to avoid unnecessary disputes and damages. When purchasing and refunding tickets, it will be deemed that you have understood and agreed to abide by all the above matters.
