The environment is very good, the service staff is very friendly, and the food is rich. Considering the high food prices in Patong, this place is really affordable. It is recommended to come early because there will be a lot of people after 9 o'clock.

I had a great time on the Half-Day Phuket City Tour via Klook! The itinerary covered beautiful spots like Karon Viewpoint, Wat Chalong, and Old Town, with a friendly and informative guide. Wow just wow. First the dining experience was exceptional.
Then the parade through town. Then the show what a spectacular event, never have I witnessed something like that. Then the light show walk. Two words for the whole place is bever have I ever seen anything like it. 10 out of 10

great staff, Sky and Annie are funny and they make the experience more fun and enjoyable they definitely get you out of your comfort zone. photographer are amazing, the sanctuary is super organized and they provide hotel pick up and drop off which is great. great food. At the end they surprised us with a gift. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this sanctuary.

It's worth a visit, especially if you're bringing children. I highly recommend it^^ They even feed and bathe the elephants, and the kids are very satisfied^^

Transfers were great and well organised. Our tickets we picked up told us where to go when we were finished for our transport back. Ours was a different car, driver & passengers. The buffet dinner was amazing, from the restaurant to the foods on offer. Most of the Pre show entertainment was probably suited more for children but it still made us smile. The show itself was amazing. Something that all ages would enjoy.
