- In case there is congestion in Alpen Route, departure on Day 2 from hotel may be earlier than scheduled. Bento will be given for breakfast for this situation
- In case of adverse weather, Tateyama Toll Road will not be accessible and Murodo where Otani Snow Wall is located cannot be reached by tour bus. Cable car will be used with extra charge to go to Murodo. Participants need to pay JPY 5000-7000 per person for this situation. Please kindly be noted
- In case of adverse weather, Tateyama Toll Road will not be accessible, schedule will be changed to city sightseeing in Kanazawa(Kanazawa Castle Town, Higashi Chayagai, Omicho Market etc.). In this case participants will receive JPY 1000 each as refund
- In case of adverse weather, Otani Snow Wall Walk may be cut, and no refund will be made
- Luggage allowance: 1 piece of standard-sized luggage (approx. 24inches)
- The type of room may be one room for one person even if two or more people participate
- The schedule might change depending on traffic and weather conditions or other uncontrollable incidents
