2. The use of child seats is not mandatory. Please make a reservation in advance if you need one. The supplier can provide 1 child seat free of charge. The child seat takes up 1.5 people’s space and may affect the passenger or luggage capacity. Please be sure to confirm in advance. Additional child seats require an additional fee of 2,000 yen/piece/day. If you need more than two child seats, please confirm with customer service.
3. The total duration of the charter service is 10 hours. The pick-up and drop-off points are both in hotels or B&Bs in Sapporo city (for out-of-town pick-ups, idle time may be reserved for the driver or additional fees may be required depending on the actual situation). If the departure or end point is not in Sapporo, the service time is 8 hours. The service is available from 08:00 to 20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably so as to fully enjoy the attractions.
4. Empty vehicle fee: If the trip starts or ends at a different place, there may be a price difference. If so, the customer service will confirm with you again after placing the order.
5. Please be sure to leave your LINE ID, WhatsApp or WeChat number when ordering (after reserving, please turn on the adding friend setting so that the local Japanese staff can contact you in time).
6. After placing an order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication on itinerary arrangements. The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided 3 hours before use at the latest). Please note that you should wait for the driver to pick you up in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
7. If the actual use of the vehicle exceeds the service time or travel distance, an overtime fee/excess kilometer fee will be charged.
8. If the total distance exceeds 300 km, JPY300 per kilometer will be charged.
9. For single guests staying in cities outside Sapporo, the driver's accommodation fee must be subsidized separately: 8,000 yen during normal period (April-June; September-November), 10,000 yen during peak period (July-August; December-March).
10. Overtime rental caused by traffic congestion, regardless of natural causes or traffic control, will still be charged a surcharge.
11. During the peak travel season in Hokkaido, if our company's vehicles are full, an additional JPY10,000-30,000 will be charged for the transfer of vehicles. (The customer service will confirm the specific amount with you after the order is placed. If you have any objections before the order is confirmed, you can cancel the order.)
