• We will try our best to arrange the seat needs, but since this trip is a carpooling tour, the seat allocation is mainly based on the first-come, first-served principle. • Please note: Since this activity is a group tour, there may be guests who speak other languages traveling with you. Please understand.
• When the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent 1 day before departure.
• If there are bad weather conditions such as typhoons and snowstorms, the tour will be cancelled 1 day before departure (18:00 local time) and will be notified by email at any time thereafter.
• Please wear light clothing and shoes and bring your own warm clothes (if necessary).
• The above itinerary is for reference only and traffic conditions cannot be controlled. Please avoid arranging activities on the same night. We apologize for any delays
• The company is not responsible for the inability to join the tour or the poor quality of the scenery due to force majeure such as traffic and weather, and cannot refund or reschedule. Please understand.
• If affected by traffic congestion, facility maintenance, etc., the itinerary or stay time of each attraction will be adjusted. Please inform if you know.
• If it is impossible to reach Mount Fuji Fifth Station due to bad weather or traffic, the itinerary will be changed to Sengen Park. Please understand.
• The company will not refund if the passenger abandons the tour due to personal reasons.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated pick-up location at the designated time and do not be late. Since this itinerary cannot be transferred to other flights or joined midway, if you fail to participate in the one-day tour due to your own reasons, you must bear the corresponding losses yourself, please understand.
• Children under 3 years old who need to occupy a seat must purchase tickets, the same price as adults, and need to make a note.
• Children under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat can participate for free, please make a note, otherwise it cannot be arranged.
• Vehicle type used: dispatched according to the number of people. When there are few people in the group, the driver and the accompanying personnel will be arranged to provide full-time travel services, and no additional tour leader will be dispatched. Please note.
• Weather conditions will affect the best viewing period of flowers or red leaves, and the itinerary will not be suspended or refunded for this reason, please note.
• Due to the large number of people during the flower season/maple viewing season, there is a possibility of serious traffic jams, so it is recommended to bring light meals.
• The flower viewing period or maple viewing period will be slightly affected by weather conditions and may be slightly earlier or later. After the itinerary is formed, it will not be affected by the flowering/maple viewing situation and will go as usual, please note.
• After the trip has started, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded according to the actual expenses incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation costs must be borne by the passenger.
